

Robert M. Geurden, Esq.
Robert Geurden concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, business planning and related transactions, estate planning and estate and trust administration.
Mr. Geurden received a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Relations from Tufts University in 1984, earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College School of Law in 1988, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the Bars of Massachusetts in 1988, the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 1990 and the United States Tax Court in 1992. He was an Adjunct Associate Professor of Business Law and Ethics a the Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University form 2002 to 2008.
Mr. Geurden focuses his practice on helping clients to integrate and coordinate both personal and business planning in order to minimize taxes and liability while protecting and enhancing the value of existing assets.
